Overview
As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will create a positive, engaging and nurturing environment where children feel confident to explore, communicate, create and learn. You will use play, exploration, storytelling, practical activities and purposeful learning experiences to develop children's early academic skills alongside their social, emotional and physical development. The successful teacher will be someone who understands that Early Years learning is about more than the classroom. You will also contribute to a collaborative Early Years team, sharing ideas and best practice to ensure every child receives the support and encouragement they need to thrive.

The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Recognised teaching qualification
- Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching Kindergarten or Early Years
- Strong understanding of child-centred and play-based learning
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Creative, energetic and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- Commitment to children's wellbeing and individual development
- International school experience is highly desirable
- Experience with an international curriculum, such as IB, Cambridge or similar, would be advantageous
