The ideal candidate

• Relevant qualifications — A degree in Economics or a related subject; if not education‑related, a PGCE/QTS or equivalent teaching qualification is required.
• Recognized certification — Holds a PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent professional teaching credential.
• Classroom experience — Minimum of two years’ recent, full‑time teaching experience.
• Curriculum knowledge — Experience teaching the English National Curriculum or another established international curriculum (preferred).
• Engaging lessons — Proven ability to deliver inspiring, differentiated, and student‑focused lessons.
• Classroom management — Strong skills in maintaining a positive, structured learning environment with high academic expectations.
• Communication skills — Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Collaborative mindset — Works effectively within a diverse international staff team, contributing positively to school culture.
• Safeguarding commitment — Dedicated to student wellbeing, safeguarding, and inclusive education.
