The ideal candidate
- Recognised teaching qualification with experience in KS3 English instruction and EAL support
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students
- Experience with EAL learners and strategies to support language development alongside subject teaching
- Knowledge of international curricula and a commitment to student‑centered, active learning approaches
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with intercultural awareness
