The ideal candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (often preferred)
  • Valid teaching certification recognized internationally
  • Qualified teacher with relevant training and experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
  • Strong expertise in inclusive education practices, differentiation strategies, and developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and external specialists
  • Proven leadership experience within a primary school setting, with the ability to inspire and manage a team
  • Comprehensive understanding of curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and school improvement planning
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high‑achieving school culture
  • Strong organizational skills, empathy, and patience in supporting diverse learning needs
  • Visionary approach to education, adaptable to an international and multicultural context
