The Lower Primary Homeroom & Science Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality instruction within the Global Immersion Program, combining core homeroom responsibilities with a focus on Science education. The role requires a dynamic educator who can foster curiosity, critical thinking, and strong foundational skills in a bilingual international setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across core primary subjects as a homeroom teacher
  • Teach Science with an inquiry-based and hands-on approach
  • Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate academic records
  • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
  • Communicate regularly and professionally with parents
  • Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum planning and school initiatives
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities

 

The ideal candidate

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education (British curriculum background preferred)
  • Qualified Primary educator with Science teaching experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Science teaching experience
  • Experience teaching Lower Primary students
  • Currently based in Thailand (preferred)
  • Confident in delivering engaging, practical Science lessons
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills
  • Passionate about student development and academic excellence
  • Adaptable and culturally aware within an international school environment
  • Available to start in April 2026
