• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Years or Primary Education.
• Possesses a recognized teaching qualification or certification in early childhood education (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Has experience teaching mixed-ability classrooms and strong knowledge of the Early Years and Lower School curriculum (British Year 1).
• Inspires and motivates pupils with a confident, hands-on teaching style.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills with colleagues and parents.
• Is resilient, adaptable, culturally aware, and enthusiastic about contributing to school life beyond the classroom.
• Enjoys working in a dynamic international environment and engaging with Chinese culture.
