The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Bachelor's degree and recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS or equivalent
- Has experience teaching Lower Primary / Key Stage 1 students
- Has strong knowledge of English Language and Literature
- Cambridge and/or IB experience would be highly advantageous
- Has previous international school teaching experience
- Demonstrates strong literacy, phonics, reading and writing pedagogy
- Creates engaging, creative and differentiated learning experiences
- Uses assessment effectively to monitor and support student progress
- Is confident working with students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
- Is collaborative, adaptable and committed to continuous professional development
- Has a genuine passion for developing young learners' confidence and love of language
