We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Lower Secondary Maths & Computer Sciences Teacher to join our international school from August 2026. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, student-centred lessons in both Maths and ICT to Lower Secondary students, supporting the development of analytical, computational, and problem-solving skills.

Overview

Deliver engaging Lower Secondary Maths and ICT lessons following the Oxford International Curriculum. Foster students’ numerical, computational thinking, and digital literacy skills. Plan and implement stimulating lessons, activities, and assessments that inspire learning. Support students’ academic progress and wellbeing within a bilingual environment. Collaborate with an international team of educators to continuously enhance the school curriculum.

The School

The school is a modern, purpose-built international school offering a bilingual education that combines the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training curriculum with the Oxford International Curriculum (OIC). Their programme emphasises literacy, numeracy, citizenship and practical skills, delivered in an international learning environment with focus on inquiry, creativity and lifelong learning. Classes are small (average ~25 students) and students benefit from a vibrant community and opportunities to develop globally relevant skills.

The ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Maths, Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, etc.)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching (Oxford AQA experience a plus)
• Specialism or experience in Maths and ICT at Lower Secondary level
• Strong knowledge of current trends in international education
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
