The ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject area (or equivalent qualification)
• Recognized teaching certification such as Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience teaching at the secondary level

• Strong track record of designing engaging lessons that lead to positive student outcomes
• Solid understanding of adolescent development and the requirements of secondary education
