The ideal candidate

  • Relevant qualifications — Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a closely related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Teaching certification — PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification strongly valued
  • Course expertise — proven ability to teach Algebra 2 and Precalculus effectively
  • Classroom management — ability to create a positive, engaging, and well‑structured learning environment
  • Differentiated instruction — skilled in tailoring lessons to meet diverse student needs
  • Communication skills — strong interpersonal and professional communication abilities
