The ideal candidate

• Outstanding teaching record — Demonstrates a history of delivering high‑quality, impactful lessons.
• Safeguarding expertise — Experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) or Deputy DSL is highly desirable.
• Recognised teaching qualification — Holds a valid qualification such as B.Ed, PGCE, or GDE that meets home‑country standards.
• Relevant experience — At least three years of post‑qualification teaching experience in a similar subject area.
• Relationship building — Strong ability to foster positive connections with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Creative performance knowledge — Skilled in applying varied acting styles and performance techniques across historical genres.
• High‑achieving students — Proven success in supporting and challenging ambitious learners.
• Interpersonal skills — Exceptional communication and rapport with both adults and children.
• Team collaboration — Willingness to contribute positively within a collaborative teaching environment.
