The ideal candidate
- Outstanding teaching record — Demonstrates a history of delivering high‑quality, impactful lessons.
- Safeguarding expertise — Experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) or Deputy DSL is highly desirable.
- Recognised teaching qualification — Holds a valid qualification such as B.Ed, PGCE, or GDE that meets home‑country standards.
- Relevant experience — At least three years of post‑qualification teaching experience in a similar subject area.
- Relationship building — Strong ability to foster positive connections with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Creative performance knowledge — Skilled in applying varied acting styles and performance techniques across historical genres.
