The ideal candidate

• Degree in English, Education, or a related field, with recognised teaching credentials such as QTS and/or PGCE
• At least 2 years’ teaching experience in your specialist subject
• Demonstrates deep knowledge of English language, literature, and communication skills, with the ability to make them engaging and accessible to students
• Uses creative teaching methods, technology, and diverse texts to inspire critical thinking, cultural appreciation, and confident self‑expression
• Thrives in a multicultural environment, respecting diversity and preparing students for success in an international context
• Works effectively with colleagues, contributes to curriculum development, and supports the wider school community with professionalism and enthusiasm

Salary range: AED 8,000 to 10,500, tax-free, depending on experience
