The ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- 3–5 years of proven teaching and/or leadership experience at middle school level
- Strong familiarity with the American Curriculum and its implementation
- Prior teaching or leadership experience in the Gulf Region is highly advantageous
- Professional qualifications already attested for use in the UAE
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, supportive relationships with students, parents, and staff
