The ideal candidate

• Accredited Montessori credential along with a bachelor’s degree
• Experience teaching at a Montessori school  
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Able to establish and maintain classroom true to the Montessori philosophy, paying particular attention to the needs of students
• Able to establish a harmonious relationship with assistant and intern
