Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Linguistics, TESOL, English, Education, or a related field.
- IB teaching experience in MYP and/or DP English B preferred.
- Expertise in language acquisition theories, ELL strategies, and differentiation techniques.
- Strong understanding of IB assessment criteria and language development frameworks.
- Experience in technology integration for language learning and use of digital tools to support ELLs

- Strong instructional skills in English as an Additional Language (EAL) strategy.
