The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's Degree in Education (Master's Degree preferred)
• Recognised teaching qualification
• Proven experience in senior school leadership
• Strong knowledge of the Nova Scotia curriculum
• Experience leading curriculum implementation and academic improvement
• Previous international school leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills
• Commitment to student success and continuous school improvement
