An exciting leadership opportunity is available for an experienced international educator to take responsibility for the delivery and development of the Nova Scotia Programme at an international school in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Overview
As Principal, you will provide strategic and academic leadership across the Nova Scotia Programme. You'll work closely with teachers and school leadership to maintain high standards of teaching and learning, support curriculum implementation and create a culture where both staff and students are encouraged to succeed. The role will include mentoring and developing teachers, monitoring academic progress, supporting school improvement initiatives and helping to foster an inclusive, positive and forward-thinking school culture.

The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree in Education; Master's Degree preferred
- Recognised teaching qualification
- Proven experience in senior school leadership
- Strong knowledge of the Nova Scotia curriculum
- Experience leading curriculum implementation
- Track record of supporting academic improvement
- Previous international school leadership experience
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic leadership abilities
- Commitment to student success and continuous school improvement
- Able to inspire, support and develop teaching teams
Important Certification Requirement
Teachers who do not currently hold a Nova Scotia Teacher Certificate will be required to obtain certification within the first year of employment.
Candidates who are successful are strongly advised to begin the certification process as soon as an offer is received.
