This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early years leader to take on a pivotal role in shaping the nursery’s vision, driving excellence in teaching and care, and supporting a dedicated team of educators.

This popular nursery offers the British Curriculum with the EYFS framework.  The school has also added elements from Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches.  Their educators are Cache qualified and have several years of experience in Early Childhood Education. The school prides itself in providing regular training to keep staff updated with the latest developments in the Educational field.  A fundamental belief of the school is the Parent Partnership, whereby the child can develop to the best of their abilities with parental support, an essential part of Early Years Education.

The ideal candidate

• Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (CACHE Level 5/6, Degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2-3 years in a senior nursery leadership role, with strong knowledge of the British EYFS curriculum
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with staff, parents, and regulatory authorities.
• Skilled in managing operations, compliance, and quality assurance while maintaining a nurturing environment
• Passionate about early years education, able to inspire a team and drive continuous improvement.
• Already living in Dubai
