Overview
You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and child-centred environment where young learners can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
You will lead and support a team of Early Years educators, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and care, while promoting a play-based and inquiry-led approach aligned with international best practices.

The Ideal Candidate
- A recognised teaching qualification and relevant leadership certification
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Early Years
- Strong understanding of early years frameworks (e.g. EYFS or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of international curricula
- Experience in an international or multicultural school environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and wellbeing practices
- Child-centred and nurturing leader
- Proven success in developing Early Years provision
