A private school in Hua Hin, Thailand, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Primary Science Teacher to teach students in Primary 4 to Primary 6 from November 2026.

This is an opportunity for a qualified teacher with a passion for Science to join a growing school community and inspire students through practical, engaging and hands-on learning.

Overview

The successful candidate will teach Science to Primary 4-6 students and be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that develop students' scientific knowledge, curiosity and ability to apply what they learn.

The ideal teacher will enjoy making Science accessible and meaningful through experiments, investigation, discussion and real-world applications.

About the School

The school provides education from Pre-School through to Primary 6 and places a strong emphasis on active, hands-on learning. Core subjects are taught in English, with students encouraged to explore concepts, apply knowledge and develop independent thinking skills.

The Primary programme gradually increases academic challenge as students progress through the school, while continuing to focus on creativity, problem-solving and the development of future-ready skills.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Hold a recognised teaching qualification
  • Have a relevant degree or strong academic background in Science
  • Have experience teaching Science at Primary level
  • Ideally have experience teaching upper Primary students
  • Be confident delivering Science lessons in English
  • Have strong subject knowledge
  • Be able to plan practical, engaging and differentiated lessons
  • Encourage students to ask questions, investigate and think critically
  • Have strong classroom-management and communication skills
  • Be committed to students' academic and personal development
  • International teaching experience would be advantageous
