As a Primary Design & Technology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional educational experiences within an all-through school environment. Your expertise in Primary Design Technology will play a pivotal role in engaging students and fostering their creativity and critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) with a focus on Design and Technology
  • OR a degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Product Design, Engineering, Art & Design) + Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree.
  • A teaching licence or certification from a recognised authority (e.g., QTS in the UK, Teaching License in the US, TRB in Australia).
  • Proven experience in teaching Design Technology, preferably within an all-through education setting.
  • IB, Cambridge, or other curriculum-specific certifications is preferred.
  • At least 1–3 years of teaching experience is required.
  • Proficiency in lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment methods.
  • Ability to incorporate technology and 21st-century learning strategies.
