The ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s in English with PGCE or Bachelor’s in Education with minimum 2 years teaching experience, ideally in international or private schools
• Strong in lesson planning, classroom management, student assessment, active learning strategies; proficient with educational technology and data analysis
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills; solid knowledge of MOE policies, safeguarding practices, and health & safety standards
• Demonstrates flexibility in teaching approaches and sensitivity to diverse cultural contexts, with a genuine enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of a new international school community in Riyadh
