The ideal candidate
- Holds a Bachelor of Education and a teaching certification from their home country.
- Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience teaching primary students.
- Experienced in international or multicultural classrooms (preferred).
- Creative, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality education.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about fostering academic, social, and emotional development in students.
- Open to collaborating with an international faculty and engaging with a diverse school community.
- Be skilled in using assessment for learning to inform teaching and improve outcomes
- Be able to evidence positive student learning outcomes
- Show confidence in collaborating with and mentoring colleagues, including local teaching staff
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Be adaptable, culturally responsive, and committed to continuous professional development
- Excited to embrace Indonesian culture and contribute positively to school life.
- Ideally from Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada, or USA.
- Meet age and visa requirements (under 54 years of age)
