The ideal candidate

• Holds a Bachelor of Education and a teaching certification from their home country.
• Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience teaching primary students.
• Experienced in international or multicultural classrooms (preferred).
• Creative, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality education.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about fostering academic, social, and emotional development in students.
• Open to collaborating with an international faculty and engaging with a diverse school community.
• Be skilled in using assessment for learning to inform teaching and improve outcomes
• Be able to evidence positive student learning outcomes
• Show confidence in collaborating with and mentoring colleagues, including local teaching staff
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Be adaptable, culturally responsive, and committed to continuous professional development
• Excited to embrace Indonesian culture and contribute positively to school life.
• Ideally from Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada, or USA.
• Meet age and visa requirements (under 54 years of age)
