As Primary Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving teaching and learning excellence across the Primary phase. This role involves supporting teachers in curriculum planning, monitoring classroom practice, and ensuring high standards of pedagogy and student progress. You will act as a key link between leadership and teaching staff, guiding professional development, promoting innovative approaches, and fostering a collaborative culture.

The ideal candidate

• Holds a recognised teaching qualification with several years of successful classroom practice in Primary education
• Demonstrates the ability to mentor colleagues, lead professional development, and coordinate curriculum delivery effectively
• Knowledgeable in international Primary curricula (e.g., British, IB, or equivalent) with a track record of raising student achievement
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrives in a team‑oriented environment
• Passionate about fostering engaging, inclusive learning experiences and committed to continuous improvement

Salary range: AED 12,000 – AED 13,000 tax-free
