The ideal candidate
- Holds a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., UK PGCE, Bachelor of Education, QTS) acknowledged in Canada, the UK, or the USA
- Minimum of 3 years’ classroom teaching experience
- Familiarity with Ontario or British curricula
- Passionate about teaching and committed to educating the whole child
- Highly organized with excellent time‑management skills
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Calm and composed under pressure
- Willing to take on multiple responsibilities and tasks
- Support the Principal and Primary Leadership Team in promoting and modelling the school’s educational vision and values
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful school culture among students and staff
- Assist in orienting new staff to school procedures, expectations, and systems
