The ideal candidate
- Holds a degree in Education or a related field
- Possesses a recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Demonstrates experience teaching primary-aged students in international or local schools
- Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate pedagogy
- Ability to create engaging, inclusive, and differentiated lessons that support diverse learners
- Skilled in fostering creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking in young children
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills
- Collaborative team player who contributes positively to the wider school community
