The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in primary education
• Strong understanding of international curricula and best teaching practices
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
• Confident classroom management skills
• Experience integrating technology into teaching and learning
• A collaborative, reflective, and student-centred approach
