The ideal candidate
- Relevant degree in Education or a closely related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
- Experience in KS1 with a strong understanding of early years pedagogy

- Strong classroom management with the ability to maintain high expectations for behaviour and effort
