The ideal candidate

• Relevant degree in Education or a closely related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
• Experience in KS1 with a strong understanding of early years pedagogy
• Creative and engaging teaching style that inspires curiosity and confidence in young learners
• Strong classroom management with the ability to maintain high expectations for behaviour and effort
• Collaborative approach, working effectively with colleagues on planning and resourcing
• Adaptability and differentiation to meet the diverse needs of individual students
