The ideal candidate

• Relevant qualifications — A degree in Education or a related field, with a recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Early Years/Primary expertise — Demonstrated experience teaching lower primary classes, ideally Key Stage 1 or equivalent.
• Curriculum knowledge — Familiarity with the English National Curriculum or another recognized international curriculum.
• Engaging teaching style — Ability to deliver creative, differentiated, and student‑centred lessons that inspire young learners.
• Classroom management — Strong skills in fostering a positive, structured, and nurturing learning environment.
• Communication skills — Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
