The ideal candidate

  • A bachelor’s degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • At least 2 years’ teaching experience in British National Curriculum schools (UK or international)
  • Strong understanding of effective teaching, learning, and assessment strategies
  • Evidence of excellent teaching and a track record of achieving strong academic results
