The Ideal Candidate

• A Bachelor of Education degree, or an appropriate degree with UK PGCE/QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• A strong working knowledge of the National Curriculum for England
• A proven track record of high-quality teaching
• Experience working with students who have English as an Additional Language
• A commitment to educating the whole child and supporting student wellbeing
• A passion for inspiring students and developing a love of learning
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Professionalism and respect for students, colleagues and the wider school community
• Energy, enthusiasm and creativity
• NQTs/ECTs are welcome to apply
