The ideal candidate

• Holds a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) and a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience teaching at the primary level, ideally within international or bilingual school settings.
• Strong knowledge of the English National Curriculum and/or international frameworks such as IB Primary Years Programme.
• Ability to create engaging, student‑centered lessons that foster curiosity, creativity, and academic growth.
• Skilled in differentiating instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners in a multicultural classroom.
• Committed to holistic education, supporting both academic achievement and personal development.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to contribute positively to the wider school community.
• Enthusiastic about professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practice.
