The ideal candidate

  • Master’s degree in Education or a closely related field, with a focus on Primary Education
  • At least two years of proven teaching experience at the primary level, ideally within an international or Cambridge curriculum setting
  • Solid knowledge of the Cambridge Primary framework, including its learning goals and assessment methods
  • Ability to manage classrooms effectively while inspiring and motivating young learners
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Confidence in using digital tools and educational technology to enrich teaching and learning experiences
