The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education or a related field
  • Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed. or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years' teaching experience in a primary classroom
  • Essential: Proven experience working with neurodiverse students, including learners with autism, ADHD, dyslexia and other learning differences
  • Experience teaching within a British or international curriculum (IPC experience advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and personalised learning
  • Knowledge of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and evidence-based inclusive teaching practices
  • Confident in adapting curriculum and assessment to meet individual learning needs
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • A genuine commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding and student wellbeing
  • Professional integrity and commitment to the values of the school
