The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching Primary students, ideally within an international or Cambridge curriculum setting.
- Strong classroom management, organisational, and communication skills.
- A reflective, adaptable, and student-centred approach to teaching and learning.

- Teaching and Learning Support: Plan and deliver interactive, inquiry-based lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking.
- Assessment and Reporting: Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback to students and parents.

- Collaboration and Professional Engagement: Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan lessons, share strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure student safety, well-being, and active supervision during all school activities and events.
