The School Principal / Head of Academia will coordinate administrative oversight and plan all phases of instructional leadership for the school including educational programming, administration, budgetary planning, discipline, and counselling services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading academic initiatives, promoting excellence in teaching, and ensuring that the institution maintains its high standards of education. The ideal candidate

• Degree in Education; Master’s degree is preferable
• Previous experience as a principal or in a similar role
• Excellent presentation abilities
• Strong written and administrative skills
• Knowledge of school administrative processes
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, good time management, approachable and flexible
• Crisis management and Problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of having led a curriculum
• Experience with international curricula such as IB, Cambridge, or IPC is an advantage.
