The ideal candidate:

• A recognized teaching qualification and a Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Substantial experience in school leadership (Principal, Head of School, or similar roles).
• A strong understanding of international curricula (e.g., IB, Cambridge, British, or American).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and the wider school community.
