The ideal candidate

• Holds a degree in Psychology, with additional qualifications or experience in Humanities subjects (Examples: Sociology, History, Philosophy, or related fields)
• Proven track record of teaching Psychology and Humanities at secondary or high school level, ideally in international or multicultural settings
• Skilled in inquiry-based, student-centered teaching methods that encourage critical thinking, empathy, and cross-cultural understanding
• Familiar with international curricula and able to integrate psychological concepts with broader humanities themes
• Enthusiastic about blending traditional academic rigor with innovative teaching strategies, including project-based learning and interdisciplinary connections
• Respectful of Saudi traditions while embracing global perspectives, fostering an inclusive classroom environment
• Passionate about nurturing not only academic success but also personal growth, resilience, and emotional intelligence in learners
