The ideal candidate

• Holds a degree in Psychology or a closely related field
• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent international teaching certification
• Demonstrated experience teaching Psychology at IAL (International Advanced Level)
• Strong subject knowledge with the ability to deliver engaging and rigorous lessons
• Experience preparing students for external examinations and supporting academic success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and colleagues
• Passionate about fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and independent learning in students
• Adaptable and culturally sensitive, with enthusiasm for working in an international school environment
• Commitment to safeguarding, student wellbeing, and inclusive education practices
• Willingness to contribute to wider school life, including extracurricular activities and community engagement
• Rights to work in Europe an advantage
