We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PYP Coordinator / PYP Lead to take on a pivotal leadership role within a growing IB World School.

This position combines strategic leadership with teaching responsibilities, driving the development of a high-quality, inquiry-based learning environment grounded in the IB Primary Years Programme. You will lead curriculum development, strengthen assessment practices, and coach teachers to deliver engaging, transdisciplinary learning that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and student agency.

The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field
- PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
- Extensive IB PYP experience (essential)
- Proven leadership or coordination experience
- Deep understanding of inquiry-based learning and IB philosophy
- Experience in IB authorisation or programme development (highly desirable)
- Adaptable, collaborative, and proactive mindset suited to a developing school
