As Founding School Director, you will be responsible for shaping the school’s vision, building its academic and operational framework, and ensuring the highest standards of excellence from inception. This pivotal role requires a dynamic professional with proven experience in international education, strategic planning, and team leadership. You will oversee curriculum development, staff recruitment, community engagement, and the creation of a nurturing environment where students thrive as global citizens.

The ideal candidate
- Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in establishing and launching new schools, with full involvement in setup and opening
- Holds at least a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or Educational Administration
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and leadership teams
- Deep knowledge of international curricula in early childhood and primary education, plus expertise in team building, recruitment, and policy development
