Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong academic and operational leadership across the school

• Oversee curriculum implementation and quality assurance

• Lead, mentor, and support teaching and administrative staff

• Manage school policies, procedures, and compliance

• Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the wider school community

• Support student wellbeing and promote a positive school culture

• Represent the school professionally at events and meetings

The ideal candidate:

• Master’s Degree in Education 

• Minimum 10 years proven experience in a leadership role (Principal, Vice Principal, or Head of School)

• Strong understanding of curriculum development and school management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in an international school environment is an advantage

Legal & Compliance Requirements:

In accordance with local regulations for shortlisted candidates will be required to:

• Meet standard medical and psychological fitness requirements, supported by certification from licensed medical professionals

• Demonstrate compliance with professional conduct standards, ethical practice, and all applicable laws and regulations for educators

• Be under 60 years of age at the time of appointment, as per local employment regulations
