The Ideal Candidate

  • Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
  • Recognised teaching qualification and leadership certification
  • Proven experience in senior school leadership or principalship
  • Strong understanding of international education and curriculum leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive school improvement
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding, student wellbeing, and inclusive education
  • Experience within an international school environment highly advantageous
