The ideal candidate

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
• Valid Principal or Administrator certification (U.S. or equivalent international credential preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in an American or international K–12 school setting
• Strong understanding of the American curriculum (Common Core, AP, or similar frameworks)
• Demonstrated success in school improvement, teacher development, and student achievement
• Global mindset with experience working in multicultural environments
