The ideal candidate

• Hold QTS and a recognised leadership qualification (e.g., NPQH, NPQEL, or equivalent).
• Have successful experience as a Principal, Headteacher, or senior leader (Head of School / Deputy Head) within a British-curriculum context.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of the National Curriculum for England, assessment frameworks, and international-school standards.
• Have experience leading school improvement, accreditation processes, and data-driven academic development.
• Be a visionary thinker capable of shaping strategic direction and driving meaningful, sustainable improvement.
