The ideal candidate
- Relevant teaching qualifications (Masters degree is prefered)
- Significant senior leadership experience within a British or international school setting.
- A leadership qualification (e.g., NPQH, NPQEL, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- A strategic leader with a proven record of improving whole‑school outcomes and driving continuous school improvement.
