The ideal candidate

• Relevant teaching qualifications (Masters degree is prefered)
• Significant senior leadership experience within a British or international school setting.
• A leadership qualification (e.g., NPQH, NPQEL, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• A strategic leader with a proven record of improving whole‑school outcomes and driving continuous school improvement.
• Experienced in the British curriculum, with the ability to uphold and enhance the standards and ethos of a UK‑based educational model.
• Inspirational and people‑focused, able to motivate, develop, and empower staff at all levels.
• Student‑centred, with a commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing, and an outstanding student experience.
• Culturally aware and internationally minded, capable of leading a diverse school community with sensitivity and respect.
