The ideal candidate

  • Holds a Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (a teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, or equivalent is essential).
  • Proven leadership experience in international education, with a track record of managing diverse teams and fostering a collaborative school culture.
  • Deep understanding of the English National Curriculum and/or international curricula such as IB or Cambridge, with the ability to ensure high academic standards.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage effectively with staff, students, and parents.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt learning strategies and school policies to meet the needs of a multicultural student body.
  • High expectations for student achievement, behavior, and personal growth, supported by effective systems of accountability.
  • Skilled in strategic planning, school improvement, and curriculum development, with a focus on innovation and continuous progress.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
