The ideal candidate
- Proven leadership experience at senior level, ideally as Head of Department, Deputy Principal, or Principal in an international or British curriculum school
- Strong academic background with a relevant degree and recognized teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
- Track record of success in leading upper school programs, including KS3, IGCSE, and A‑Level
- Deep understanding of international curricula and assessment frameworks, with familiarity in Cambridge or Pearson Edexcel exam boards an advantage
- Commitment to student success, safeguarding, and fostering a positive, inclusive school culture
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire staff, students, and parents alike
- Cultural adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a diverse, multicultural environment
