The ideal candidate

• A Master’s Degree in Counselling or Psychology
• Professional license in Counselling/Psychology
• Professional registration with a recognised local or international psychological association
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience in managing a pastoral care team
• Experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of: Microsoft Office / Teams, Outlook, Google Classroom, Educational technologies and digital learning tools
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, children, parents, and external professionals
• Strong time management, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise
• A solution-focused, positive, and growth-oriented mindset
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced school environment
