A well-established bilingual school in Thailand is seeking a passionate Science Teacher to join its Secondary/High School department from April 2027, with early recruitment underway to ensure sufficient time to secure the most suitable candidate.

The school follows a blended academic approach that combines international standards with the national curriculum, supporting students in building strong foundations across Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Earth Science.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Earth Science depending on specialism)
  • Teach in alignment with the school’s bilingual curriculum and English-medium instruction approach
  • Use inquiry-based and practical learning methods to develop scientific understanding and curiosity
  • Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of mixed-ability and EAL learners
  • Integrate real-world applications to make Science meaningful and accessible

 

Ideal candidate

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education OR Bachelor’s Degree + PGCE (Science specialisation: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Earth Science)
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience teaching Science at high school level
  • Strong subject knowledge across one or more Science disciplines
  • Experience in international, bilingual, or English-medium settings is highly desirable
